1. After Movement Transfers will be phased out.  There are a number of reasons, including coding issues and greater simplicity for new players.

1. Before Movement Transfers will be unlimited.

If you need After Movement Transfers you may continue for a while, however, if you do so Before Movement Transfers continue to be limited to 6 types of goods.
